Rooms

  1. What is the check-in and check-out time?
    You can check in from 14:00 on the day of the arrival. If you arrive earlier, a luggage-storage is provided for you. When you leave, please check out until 10:00.
  2. Is my room air-conditioned?
    Every room is air-conditioned.
  3. Is there WiFi in my room?
    We provide free of charge WiFi connection in our hotel.
  4. Is smoking allowed in the hotel / in my room?
    We wish to bring it to your attention that our hotel is non-smoking; you are allowed to smoke only in the designated areas.
  5. What is the difference between the Standard and the Superior room?
    Standard rooms do not have a balcony, while Superior rooms do.
  6. Are there family rooms or connectable rooms?
    We can provide connectable rooms for large families or companionships.
  7. Can you provide a baby bed / baby changing table in the room?
    Upon request, we provide a baby bed and a baby changing table for our guests with small children.
  8. How can I pay?
    Means of payment: cash, credit card (except for AMEX).
  9. Can I bring my pet?
    You do not have to find someone to look after your pet; small pets are allowed into our hotel for additional charge.

Wellness

  1. Does the room price include the use of the Wellness section?
    The room price includes the unlimited use of the wellness section.
  2. When is the Wellness section open?
    The Wellness section is open every day from 8:00 to 20:00. Upon request, it can be open at night too: from 20:00 to 0:00 –for a fee. Please request it at the reception desk or to the wellness staff.
  3. Can I use the Wellness section after checking out?
    On the check-out day (even after checking out), our guests can use the Wellness section and, in summer, the beach services free of charge.
  4. Where can I ask for a sauna sheet?
    Sauna sheets are provided for every guest free of charge, which can be requested from our colleagues at the Wellness section.
  5. Does my room come with bathrobes and wellness towels?
    We provide a bathrobe for every guest free of charge. The towel can changed multiple times at our colleagues in the Wellness section.
  6. What can I do if I have forgotten to bring my slippers? Can I go in without it?
    If you do not have your slippers with you, you can request for them at the reception desk, free of charge.
  7. Can I go into the Wellness section if I am not a guest of the hotel?
    Yes, for additional charge. Please contact us for the exact prices.
