We accept no liability at all for the data and information on this site and any loss or damage arising from the use of them.

We will be glad and honoured if anyone decides to place on their website a link pointing to our website. Nevertheless, any insertion of any of our pages or any portion thereof into a different website creating the false impression that it is their own is prohibited without the written authorisation of the website operator. We distance ourselves from the placement of any links pointing to any part of this site on pages operated illegally, carrying obscene content or humiliating others and thereby damaging or potentially damaging the reputation and interests of this site. The operator takes steps to counter any of these attempts.

The operator of hereby informs visitors of this site about the methods it applies in the management of personal data, the organisational and technical measures it has taken to protect data, the related rights of the visitors and the ways of enforcement.

    Data management is based on voluntary, informed and definitive consent by registered users of the website.
  6. The legal grounds of data management:
    Voluntary consent by the affected party as defined in Article 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and the Freedom of Information.
  7. Scope of data managed:
    1. Data provided upon call for proposal / booking a room / establishing contact: We refrain from disclosing the data provided upon call for proposal / booking a room / establishing contact to third parties. The data users provide upon call for proposal / booking a room / establishing contact include: Name, telephone number, e-mail address.
    2. Data provided upon subscription to our newsletter:
      When users subscribe to our newsletter, we will store the name and e-mail address they provide for the purpose of sending newsletters to them. We use the newsletter provider Mailchimp ( for storing data and for sending newsletters. We refrain from disclosing stored data to third parties. Users must provide the following data upon subscription to our newsletter: Name and e-mail address.
    3. Using the website without logging in:
      Whenever the website is used, the IP address of the user, the time at which use started and ended and in certain cases, depending on the setting of the user’s computer, the type of the user’s browser and operating system are captured and stored. The system logs these data automatically. The Service Provider never associates logged data with other personal information.
  8. The purpose of data management:
    1. Call for proposal / booking a room / establishing contact: The purpose of data management in case of a call for proposal, booking of rooms and when contact is established is to identify users and to notify them by email or telephone exclusively as regards the proposal, reservation or contact. Users grant permission to such management of their data by filling in and submitting an electronic form called “Call for Proposal” or “Book a Room” or “Contact”.
    2. Newsletter:
      The purpose of managing the data users provide during registration for our newsletter is to identify users as future newsletter recipients. Service Provider sends newsletters to users who have subscribed to a newsletter. Users may prohibit the use of their data for such purposes by unsubscribing. Users who do not want to receive our newsletters may remove themselves from the newsletter database by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located at the end of each newsletter. Naturally, we will also delete users from the newsletter database upon an individual request submitted in a message to that effect to the email address
    3. „Cookies”:
      A log file containing some parameters of each user’s computer, including its IP address, is created during the use of this website.
      The operator uses such data exclusively for the purpose of developing the website. This website and some of its applications use small text based information files known as “cookies” and store them on the user’s hard disk to render user identification and future visits easier. Visitors to this website may decide to receive or to refuse cookies and to receive notification whenever a visited page sends cookies to them. If you enable the use of cookies in the browser of your computer, you grant permission to the operator of this website to use the information broadcast to enhance the operation of the website. Remember that in case you refuse to receive cookies, some services of the website will become unavailable or available with limitations.
    4. Google Analytics:
      This website uses the web analysis services of Google Analytics provided by Googly Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files placed on your computer to help analyse website use. For storage, Google Analytics forwards information generated by cookies about website use (including your IP address) to Google’s servers in the United States. Google uses such information for evaluating your use of this website, for compiling reports to the operator of the site about your activities there and for providing other services related to activities performed on the website and internet use. Google may also forward such information to third parties if legal regulations so require or in case Google subcontracts the processing of information to such third parties. Google will never associate your IP address with other data in Google’s possession. By selecting proper browser settings, you may refuse the use of cookies, but by doing so, you will not be able to fully use all the features of this website. By continuing to use this website, you accept that your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes outlined above.
    5. Raffles:
      The data necessary for participating in the raffles announced on this website are identical to those provided for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter. Personal data are necessary so that we can unanimously identify winners.

    The data manager may not use personal data for any purpose other than those specified above, but may establish connections between such data and those held in other databases managed by the data manager.

  9. The duration of data management:
    Service Provider may use the data users submit voluntarily before users select the data removal option made available by Service Provider. (In response to a user’s voluntary decision, Service Provider will delete the user’s data within 5 business days of receipt of a request to that effect. In the event user uses personal data illegally or to misinform or commits an offence, Service Provider may upon becoming aware of the fact remove such user’s data immediately and delete the user’s registration as provided in the Conditions of Use.)
  10. Removal of Personal Data:
    Users shall submit their requests to remove their data in an email message addressed to Service Provider has 5 business days to delete data after the receipt of a request for removal. Data removed shall be irrecoverably erased.

  13. Data security measures:
    We store personal data in the Republic of Hungary on a server, which is the property of Bábelhal Webstudio Kft.
    In the event users provide their data upon registering at the website, Service Provider stores all such data on a secure server locked up in a safe location. No one may become aware of the submitted data during data handling and processing except for developers, online editors and project managers who hold specific limited (administrator) privileges and are employed by Service Provider. Service Provider checks each database entry of its employees and such employees perform their jobs under strict confidentiality.
  14. The forwarding of data:
    The data manager will not forward personal data to third parties other than those mentioned above. This rule does not apply to potential cases of forwarding data on a mandatory basis as required by law, which may, however, only occur exceptionally. Before abiding by any official request for data, the data manager examines in respect of each item requested whether or not the legal grounds for forwarding data exist.
  15. Possibility to amend the data management policy:
    Service Provider retains the right to unilaterally amend this data management policy subject to giving users advance notification. You accept the amended policy by continuing to use the service after the amendment takes effect.
  16. Users’ rights in respect of the management of their personal data:
    Users may request information about the management of their personal data. Upon request, the manager of the data provides information to affected parties about the data in its management, the purpose, legal grounds and duration of data management, the name and (head office) address of the entity processing the data and any activities related to data management as well as about who will receive, or have been furnished with, the data and the related purpose. Requests for such information shall be submitted by e-mail to, and the affected party is to receive a response within 8 business days. Users may request that their data be deleted or rectified as provided in the section of the duration of data management.
  17. Legal remedy options:
    Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and the Freedom of Information and the Civil Code provide that legal remedy is available for users at court, moreover, users may apply to the President of the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Agency for assistance (National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Agency 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.
