Accessibility – Our hotel is not accessible.
Air-conditioning – All the rooms are air-conditioned.
Air conditioning app – In our log cabin rooms, it is also possible to control the air conditioning via a phone app. Detailed information HERE.
Animation – During weekends and special periods, we provide a program with a dedicated animator to entertain our guests. Ask about the programs at the reception.
ATM – There is no ATM in the hotel, the nearest one is in the center of Szob, Kismaros.
Baby-friendly facilities and services – Depending on our available capacity, we can provide the following facilities: high chair in the restaurant, baby bed, baby bath, toilet seat, participation in animation programs during weekends and special periods. It is possible to heat food using the microwave in the restaurant and at the reception. A baby cot or travel cot can be requested for children aged 0-3.
Bath / wellness – Opening hours: 08:00-20:00, night bath on Saturdays: until 23:30. Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to visit the bath without an escort. Visiting the bath is contraindicated in the case of certain diseases. House rules HERE.
Bathrobe – We provide bathrobes for our hotel guests, and you can pick them up at the wellness reception. In case of loss, we will charge a compensation!
Bathroom chair – We provide it upon request, please contact the reception!
Bed linen – Our colleagues change bed linen every third day, and upon request, we change your bed linen daily. Please help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly manner and request a change when necessary!
Bicycle – Rental is available for a fee (0-3 hours 1,500 HUF/bicycle / over 3 hours 2,500 HUF/bicycle). Please notify the reception of your request.
Blankets – If you have a special request, please call the reception.
Book corner – A small book corner has been created next to the entrance to our wellness department, where you can read quietly.
Bowling – Located on the lower level of the hotel’s log building. Lane rental, appointment booking: with the restaurant colleagues. Lane rental fee: 4,000 HUF/hour/lane. Bowling is possible between 11:00 and 20:00.
Bowling Bar – Located on the lowest level of our hotel’s log building. Next to the 3 bowling lanes, darts, billiards, table football, air hockey are available for a fee (tokens can be purchased at the reception), while table tennis is available free of charge. Breakfast – The buffet breakfast is available in the restaurant every day between 08:00-10:00. If desired, you can also request breakfast to be served to your table.

Car charging – there are two places in our hotel where you can charge electric cars, more information and pricing HERE
Check-in – The room can be occupied from 14:00. In case of earlier arrival, luggage storage can be arranged in the hotel’s luggage room.
Check-out – The hotel room is available until 10:00 on the day of travel. Please state the last day’s minibar consumption upon check-out. Please contact the reception if you wish to check out later.
Cleaning – Every day between 09:00 and 16:00. If you place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the room door handle, our staff will not disturb you. For extra requests, please contact the room maids or the reception.
Clothing – We ask our dear guests to visit the restaurant in appropriate clothing during dinner.
Cold pack for excursions – 2 sandwiches, apple, mineral water. 2 900 HUF – order at the reception or in the restaurant.

Conference rooms – The hotel has a total of 4 conference rooms that can be divided into sections. Ideal for meetings, company meetings, team building trainings, banquets and conferences for up to 140 people. Currency exchange – There is no currency exchange facility at the hotel.
Electrical connection and adapters – 220V/50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available throughout the building. Adapters for other voltages can be requested at the reception. Devices on request: adapter for UK socket, USB lightning charger (for Apple products), standard micro USB phone chargers.
Entrance – You can enter and exit the building via the reception 0-24 hours
Extra bed – Limited number available.
Fire and emergency – The escape route is located on the inside of the hotel room entrance door. Please leave the hotel building immediately in case of fire or emergency.
Games – Several outdoor sports games (pencil, tennis, volleyball, soccer) as well as chess, board and card games are available at the reception.
Games room – Located in the hotel’s bowling alley. Table football, darts, billiards, air hockey are available for a fee. Tokens can be exchanged at the reception. Ping-pong is available free of charge.

Gym – The hotel does not have a traditional indoor gym, but our outdoor complex street fitness track is free to use every day of the year.
Hair dryer – Available in the bathroom of the hotel room, but we can also provide it at the reception upon request.
Half board – The buffet half board dinner is available in the restaurant every day between 18:00-21:00.
Heating, cooling – In the case of rooms in our main building, if the room card is not inserted into the opening of the box on the inner wall next to the room door, the system will not work. Opening the balcony door will also interrupt the cooling, heating. In summer, in very hot weather, for health reasons, we do not recommend setting the temperature 6°C lower than the outside temperature.
Illness – In case of health problems, you can ask for medical help at the reception. Thermometer and bandage, fever and painkillers can also be requested at the reception.
Internet – We provide Wi-Fi Internet access in our hotel, which is free of charge. (1000 Mbit/s). There is no Wi-Fi password. In case of many devices connecting to the network at the same time, the speed of the Wi-Fi service may decrease due to the physical limitations of the network. In this case, upon request at the reception, we can provide a UTP cable, with which you can connect to the Internet more stably through the sockets built in the rooms.
Kettle – Available at the Reception.
Laundry and ironing service – Our guests can request the service by dropping off the clothes to be washed/ironed at the maids, which is subject to a fee. Lost and found items – Please inquire at the reception about items found/lost in our hotel.
Luggage delivery – We provide luggage delivery free of charge upon arrival and departure, we will take your luggage to or from your room. Please inform the reception if you require a luggage service.
Luggage storage, luggage room – Upon early arrival/late check-out, our guests’ luggage will be stored in our luggage room free of charge until the room is occupied/departure.
Maintenance – If you encounter a device or equipment in the hotel that needs repair, is damaged, malfunctioning, or not working properly, please notify the reception.
Map – Tourist map is available at the reception for a fee.
Massage and wellness treatments – Please inquire at the reception, where you can arrange an appointment upon request. List of massage treatments HERE.
Thank you for coming to the treatments without your jewelry. We ask our dear guests to arrive at the booked appointments exactly as they are, in case of delay of more than 10 minutes, we will not be able to perform the treatment! If you are unable to use a booked treatment appointment, please cancel it at the reception at least 12 hours before the start of the treatment, otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be invoiced.
Messages, mail – Incoming and forwarded messages are handled by the reception.
Minibar – For a fee, it is possible to place minibar products in the room between 8.00-24.00. The contents of the minibar are checked and replenished daily by the room maids. Please report the last day’s minibar consumption at the reception upon check-out. Minibar price list HERE.

Parking – The parking fee is 1,000 HUF/car/night
Payment methods – In our hotel you can pay with cash (HUF, EUR), bank card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard), Széchenyi Pihenő card and gift vouchers issued by the hotel.

Playhouse – Our forest playhouse is located on the ground floor of the stone building next to the wellness department. During special holidays and during the summer period, we welcome children with an animator. More information at the reception.
Pools – Outdoor panoramic adventure pool, Indoor pool (8m long, 150-175 cm deep), Plunge pool. Our outdoor sports pool (25 m long, average 150 cm deep) and children’s pool are open seasonally during the summer.

Reception – Our guests have a 24-hour reception.
Relax room – You can relax undisturbed in our SPA department and recharge on the heated beds in the relax room.
Restaurant – (Stone building ground floor) Opening hours: 08:00 – 22:00, 7 days a week.

Room card – You can open the door of the hotel room with the room card you received at the reception upon arrival. The room receives electricity by placing the card in the slot of the plastic box on the inner wall next to the room door. Please remove the card from the slot when you leave the room. The card is valid until 10:00 on the day of travel. The card is also an information carrier, so please report its loss to the reception immediately!

Safe – There is a room safe in the hotel room, in the closet. You will find instructions for use placed on the safe. In case of a problem, call the Reception!
Sauna – We are waiting for you in the wellness area with a Finnish and infrared sauna. Our outdoor 50-person Erdei Tögy Sauna House awaits you with themed programs and infusions. More information at the reception or HERE.
Security system – A video surveillance and recording system operates in some parts of our hotel.
Sewing kit – A sewing kit can be requested at the reception.
Sewing service – We offer a simpler sewing service. Please inform the room ladies of your request.
Shoe care equipment – Shoe care equipment is available on request, please contact the reception.
Shoe cleaning – Shoe cleaning equipment is located on the upper floor of the log building at the reception.
Slippers – Available at the Reception for a fee.
Smoking – In accordance with legal regulations, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Failure to comply will result in a compensation of 30,000 HUF. In the event that the fire alarm is activated by smoking, the fire brigade’s call-out fee will be charged to the person responsible.

Sports equipment – Equipment provided free of charge at the reception: ball, shuttlecock, frisbee, volleyball, sled. Bicycles can be rented for a fee.
Taxi – You can order a taxi at the reception 24 hours a day.

Toiletries – The dispensers located by the showers and bathtubs in the bathrooms contain cosmetics that can be used as shampoo and shower gel.

Towels – The room towels are changed every third day. It is also possible to change the towels daily, if you clearly indicate this after use (by throwing the towel into the shower). Please help our hotel to operate in an environmentally friendly manner, and only request a change if necessary!
Transfer – our hotel offers a transfer service, even with a carbon-neutral electric car, to the following towns: Kóspallag 5000 HUF/way, Kismaros, Nagymaros, Szokolya, Szob, Márianosztra 7500 HUF/way. Transfers can be ordered at the reception.

Visa Info – According to the current legislation, after September 1, 2021, all guests using accommodation services in Hungary must record their personal data specified by law through the accommodation provider’s document reader, in the accommodation management software, and then transfer it to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
